Industrial Loft-Style Apartments Newnan

I thoroughly enjoyed living here. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this has been my favorite. I only moved because I bought a house. Maintenance was always super quick to come when I had an issue. Even after hours!! I felt very safe living here. I truly felt like a true resident and not just a number in an apartment. Josiah made everything a breeze and he truly loves the apartments which makes a HUGE difference. The apartment had been newly renovated and I got so many compliments whenever someone saw it how good it looked and how cool it was. Very convenient to downtown and to wherever you need to be. Will truly miss living here!

Moving to Georgia, as a former Michigander was a very big change. When we began the apartment hunt, we knew right away Newnan Lofts was going to be HOME. Josiah, the property manager, made the whole process very smooth. This Environment was so peaceful, and the people were always great to be around. Not to mention the BEST maintenance crew around. You can expect when you put a work order in, it will be fixed right away and the right way! If you or anyone you know are looking for a place to call home, this is the spot.
